Congress Reception ($50,000)
This is a ticketed event open to all attendees at a location to be announced. Sponsor will acknowledged on the ticket and on signage at the event.
Webcast of Selected Sessions ($40,000)
A webcast will be produced of selected sessions that can be downloaded from the ILTS Web site following the congress. This provides lasting recognition for the sponsor as it will remain on the ILTS Web site long after the congress.
Breakfast Industry Sponsored Symposium ($40,000)
This meeting is initiated by groups independent of ILTS and attendance must be open to all attendees. Food and beverage are the responsibility of the host.
Simultaneous Translation Service ($40,000)
ILTS will contract with a vendor to provide simultaneous translation to Chinese of the sessions.
Opening Reception in Exhibit Hall ($20,000)
Vanguard Reception ($20,000)
This reception is for younger surgeons, physicians and scientists with an interest in liver transplantation and provides them with an opportunity to meet the leadership of ILTS.
Poster Sessions ($10,000 each)
Refreshments are provided during the poster sessions.
Coffee Breaks ($10,000 each)
Hotel Key Cards ($10,000)
Sponsor will contract directly with the hotel to produce hotel room keys with the sponsor logo.
NOTE: All printed material must be approved by the congress organizers. Exhibit booths are also available.
