The ILTS Distinguished Service award is presented annually to a member who has demonstrated outstanding service to ILTS and is a recognized leader in the area of liver transplantation.

INTERNATIONAL SCHOLAR AWARD
This award from the International Liver Transplantation Society provides $10,000 dollars for travel and training in liver transplantation. The award helps fund the recipient for training in liver transplantation (either transplant hepatology or transplant surgery ,anesthesia/critical care or basic science) under the tutelage of an ILTS member. The goal is to encourage a career in academic liver transplantation.
