The Congress offers a discounted registration fee if you register by May 19, 2010, 5:00 PM EST. Registration forms, including complete payments, must be received by this date to qualify for the early registration discount. Pre-registration ensures timely processing of your registration and helps avoid lengthy on-site lines.
Included in Your Registration Fee:
- Entrance into all Scientific Sessions and Exhibits
- Entrance to all breaks in the exhibit hall
- Entrance to the Opening Ceremony (Wednesday, June 16)
- Entrance to the Opening Reception in the Exhibit Hall (Wednesday, June 16)

The following scientific sessions are Complimentary*, with limited availability:
- Vanguard Grand Round Sessions – Thurday, June 17, 7:00 – 8:00 am
- Vanguard Debates – Thursday, June 17, 7:00 – 8:00 am
- Meet-the-Expert Lunches – Friday, June 18, 1:00 – 2:15 pm
*Tickets issued on a first come, first serve basis
Entrance to the Closing Congress Reception at Café Deco requires payment of a separate registration fee. No entry is permitted without a purchased ticket.
