| This congress is designed
for physicians, surgeons, scientists, hepatologists,
anesthesiologists, pathologists, nurses and organ
procurement personnel in the field of liver transplantation
from around the world. The congress is designed to
allow the liver transplant specialist to interact
and network with individuals from various parts of
the globe and to compare and understand the differences
in procedures and therapy in the treatment of liver
transplantation. |

Rising Star Symposium |

| The opening plenary session will consist
of chosen abstracts submitted by a young investigator
and their designated mentor will be presented. During
the symposium, each team will have 20 minutes during
which the mentor will give an overview of the topic
and then introduce the young investigator, who will
present the abstract. The ILTS wants to attract the
brightest and best combinations of youth and wisdom
working in the clinical and basic scient of liver
transplantation research today. |
